I was reading about the Tabernas semi-desert and I had inadvertantly missed a great deal of it. There was also an attraction, the original film set of the 1966 film 'the Good the Bad and the Ugly' starring Clint Eastwood nearby. The cast had bought the set and kept it open for visitors. Too good to miss! I had to go back.

Back to my routeplan! From hereonin today was a motoway drive to Cuenca, via Garrucha where I stopped for a brief sunbathe and swim, then away from the Mediterranean.
Murcia, Albacete the scenery changes. From desert to acres and acres of wheat fields.
Then Cuenca wherein hang houses!
